5.1 megapixel (Red) Vivitar 5024 FULL SPECTRUM CAMERA for ghost investigation: $65 plus shipping (US cont.)
This is a used camera that has been converted by the Fringe Technology Store to see in the dark when Infrared light is used (IR
light not included). Unaltered, digital cameras are filtered to see the visible light spectrum. The alteration performed on this
camera allows its eye to see the Near Ultraviolet, Visible, and Near Infrared ranges!

Normally, a digital camera sees approximately 340-750nm.  The full spectrum camera is converted, allowing it to see a
maximum potential of about 330nm Near UV to 1200nm Near Infrared. The full spectrum camera has expanded eyesight,
capable of seeing beyond what the human eye can see.

Because the full spectrum camera's lens is altered, it will not produce digital photographs in normal colors. This camera is 5.1
megapixels, plenty of clarity for taking ghost photographs in dark conditions.
Full spectrum cameras have a distinct advantage over regular
cameras for ghost hunting? When used in dark or low light conditions
(preferred by many ghosts), the camera should be used in conjunction
with an Infrared or full spectrum light source (battery or A/C powered IR
illuminator) with the flash unit turned off. This will allow the user to take
photos in dark conditions without using visible light from the flash: To the
camera, it will look like daylight (similar to Sony
Night Shot video
camcorders). Because the camera's flash unit is not used, it becomes
difficult to capture false orbs caused by dust, moisture and insects. Also,
flash reflection anomalies are eliminated. The camera will not need to
be in a "night time" setting, so the exposure should not be lengthened
which prevents orange haze, light bars, and false see-through captures.

Ghost Hunting Camera Details:
This full spectrum ghost hunting camera does not come with an SD memory card (available on eBay or from electronics stores),
owner's manual, or any accessories. You will need an SD memory card to store pictures taken by the camera. A USB cable is
not included nor necessary to upload photographs if your computer has an SD card reader. This digital ghost hunting camera
runs on 3 AAA batteries (not included).

Full spectrum cameras are also known as
IR-Vis-UV conversions and are often costly to have altered, making this camera an
excellent buy!

The camera does not come with a warranty or guarantee. Also, we do not take returns; make certain you understand how this
camera is to be used.
CONDITION: The camera may have some normal wear such as minor scratches on the body or
LCD screen but is in very good condition. It is red in color.
The 5024 camera is a basic model with few features but easy
to operate. It also takes very clear Infrared photos with an IR light in the dark. We have tested this camera fully after its
conversion, and it turns on and functions as it should. This conversion is considered a USED camera.
